About the Navigational Tools
The Cape Province is full of beautiful and wonderful places to experience, making it one of the top world class tourist attractions. However, with so many options, choosing where to go and what to see can be overwhelming at times.
What you may not know is that behind the natural beauty of Table Mountain, and the vibrant night-life of Cape Town, lies hidden the spiritual wonder of many sacred spaces as well as the amazing hospitality of every local community summed up in the African concept of "Ubuntu" (I am because we are).
There are so many 'Pilgrimage Ways' to follow and each has been chosen to give you the best of both the natural and the spiritual.
While inviting turns, detours, and unexpected stops are part of the journey, we don't want you to get lost nor wander into an unsafe zone.
So that you can walk your way with confidence, the following navigational tools are included in your Cape Camino Package:
1) Slingsby Map of the whole Cape Peninsula (with the Camino marked).
2) Guide Booklet with 21 detailed route locations with indexes (Peninsula section)
3) Video & written Instructions on how to access and use the Camino Legs programmed into the navigational app MapMyWalk.
4) Detailed Route Finder instructions guide (Limietberg and Berg River sections)
We also have vetted local Chaperones to assist you should you want additional guidance.
The Cape Camino is truly a Bucket-List experience. You'll not regret it!
