Explore the ancient ways of our First Peoples.
Mountain and seaside trails by day, and nightly dining and accommodation in the seaside villages of the Cape Peninsula.
According to Table Mountain National Park Hoerikwaggo means Sea Mountain and is the Khoi Khoi word for Table Mountain. The National Reserve developed a 5 day hike with this name.
This Camino Way follows some of these paths across the mountains, as well as beach and coastal stretches, including Cape Point, that hosted the local Khoi people. Your guide will be a Khoi person, on each day, practicing, and knowledgeable in the ways of their forefathers and mothers. As well as history unreported in mainstream academia.
